Scope and Amendments

These Terms apply to browsing this Website, registering as a member, placing orders and all other services offered here. You and the Company agree that all declarations of intent between us may be made in electronic form.

We may amend these Terms in response to changes in law, our business or our services. Amendments will be posted on this page without individual notice. Your continued use of this Website after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using this Website.

Registration and Account Security

When registering as a member, you agree to:

• Provide your own accurate, truthful and current information, and not register in the name of a third party
• Register only one account per person, and not create duplicate accounts
• Keep your details up to date so that you receive order and service notifications

Safeguarding your account and password is your responsibility. All activity carried out after a correct login is presumed to be your own. Please do not lend, transfer or share your account, password or member benefits with anyone else.

If your account or password is compromised, or you notice any security concern, please notify customer service immediately. Once we confirm that an account has been misused, we will suspend it, including the processing of orders placed through it. Except where caused by reasons attributable to the Company, we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised or improper use of an account.

If you provide false information, register duplicate accounts, or otherwise breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and refuse you access to all or part of this Website.

Use by Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, please register or use this Website's services only after your legal representative has read, understood and agreed to these Terms. Your use or continued use of this Website presumes that your legal representative has read, understood and agreed to these Terms and any subsequent amendments.

To protect children and young people online, children under 12 should be accompanied throughout their use of this Website by a parent or guardian; for those aged 12 to under 18, a parent or guardian should consider whether to permit such use.

When an Order Becomes Binding

After you submit an order, our system automatically sends an order notification email. That notification confirms only that we have received your instruction; it is not confirmation that a contract has been formed. The transaction is concluded when the Company confirms acceptance of your order and notifies you accordingly.

Before that point, we may decline an order or cancel dispatch in the following circumstances, and will notify you by email, telephone or other suitable means:

• The goods are out of stock or discontinued, or our supplier is unable to supply them
• The price, specification, description or images on the product page are incorrect
• The order shows signs of abnormal activity, suspected impersonation, or intent to resell
• Other circumstances not attributable to the Company that prevent performance

Where an order is declined or cancelled and you have already paid, we will refund the full amount paid.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled by you once submitted. If your order has not yet entered the dispatch process and you need it adjusted, please contact customer service with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once the goods have been shipped, please follow the returns procedure after you receive them.

You remain entitled to exercise your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Any ambiguity in these Terms shall be interpreted in favour of the consumer.

Prices, Payment and Invoices

All prices shown on this Website are in New Taiwan Dollars and include tax. The amount actually payable is the total calculated at checkout, comprising the goods, shipping, discounts and any loyalty points redeemed.

The payment methods available, and the conditions and periods of each promotion, are those published at checkout and on the relevant campaign page at the time. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the campaign states otherwise.

We issue electronic invoices as required by law. The tax ID, company title, e-invoice carrier number or donation code you enter at checkout cannot be changed once the invoice has been issued, so please check them before submitting your order. Prize notifications and delivery of invoices follow the rules of the Ministry of Finance E-Invoice Platform.

Dispatch and Delivery

Items in stock are dispatched after the order is concluded and payment is completed. Dispatch times for pre-order, made-to-order and campaign items follow the information on the relevant product page. Dispatch may be delayed by public holidays, the Lunar New Year period, major promotional campaigns or force majeure; we will post a notice on this Website in such cases.

Shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds and how they are calculated (including how discounted amounts are treated) are governed by our Delivery Policy and the total calculated at checkout. These Terms deliberately state no amounts, so that they cannot fall out of step with what is actually charged.

Please check that the recipient's name, address and phone number are correct when ordering. Where a parcel is returned or has to be re-delivered for reasons attributable to you — incorrect delivery details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a convenience store within the holding period — you may be asked to bear the outbound and return shipping costs.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may rescind the contract without giving any reason within seven days from the day after you receive the goods, without paying any fee or consideration. Please note that these seven days are an inspection period, not a trial period — the goods must remain in new and complete condition, including original packaging, accessories, gifts, labels and the invoice.

Under the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales, the seven-day right does not apply to unsealed personal hygiene products, goods made to your specification, or other categories excluded by law. Such items are clearly marked on their product page.

How to apply for a return, how and by when to send the item back, refund processing times and the refund procedure for each payment method are set out in our Return Policy.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact customer service as soon as you receive it; we will bear the shipping costs both ways and arrange an exchange or refund. We recommend filming your parcel as you open it — an unboxing video lets us confirm a defect or shortage and arrange a replacement in the shortest possible time.

International Orders

The Company is responsible only for dispatch and handover to the carrier within Taiwan, and cannot guarantee that goods will clear customs in the destination country or region. Import rules for herbal and topical products vary widely, so please check the regulations that apply where you are before ordering.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance handling fees in the destination country are borne by the recipient and are not included in the amount you pay for goods and shipping.

If a parcel cannot be imported or is returned because of incorrect customs documentation, excess declared value, local import restrictions or other factors outside the Company's control, we will refund the value of the goods only; international shipping already incurred and return costs are not refundable. If you would like the parcel re-sent, a new international shipping charge applies.

Member Benefits and Promotions

The conditions, calculation, restrictions and validity periods of our membership tiers, loyalty points, referral rewards and other member benefits are those published in the member area and on campaign pages at the time. We may adjust these rules as our business requires, and will post notice of any change beforehand.

Member benefits, loyalty points and coupons are for the member's personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

The Market America / SHOP.COM Cashback programme applies only to orders placed through this Website; purchases at our physical stores and other channels are not eligible.

Where benefits are obtained by improper means — including duplicate registration, ordering under another person's identity, bulk ordering followed by cancellation or return, or the use of automated programs — we may cancel the order and the related benefits and, depending on the severity, suspend or terminate the membership.

Your Obligations

You undertake not to use this Website for any unlawful purpose or by any unlawful means, and to comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). You must not:

• Post or transmit defamatory, insulting, threatening, false or obscene material, or anything contrary to public order and good morals
• Infringe the reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyright, patents or other rights of the Company or any third party
• Use this Website under another person's identity
• Transmit or distribute computer viruses, or interfere with the operation of this Website using automated programs
• Resell our products or conduct other commercial activity without our prior written consent
• Send spam, chain letters, or unauthorised multi-level marketing messages or advertisements
• Act in any other way inconsistent with the purpose of this Website, or that the Company reasonably considers inappropriate

Changes and Interruptions to Service

We may add to, change or discontinue the services and content offered on this Website, or adjust campaigns, as our business requires, giving notice by suitable means rather than individually.

We may suspend or interrupt this Website in the following circumstances: necessary maintenance, updates or works on our systems; sudden equipment failure; suspension of the telecommunications or cloud services we rely on; and natural disasters or other force majeure.

Intellectual Property

The software and programs used by this Website, and all of its content — including text, images, audio and video, product photography, layout, site architecture and design — are the intellectual property of the Company or other rights holders, including trademarks, patents, copyright and trade secrets.

Without the prior written consent of the Company or the relevant rights holder, no one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly transmit, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly release, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any of it.

For reviews, photographs, survey responses and other content you upload or provide, you must hold the necessary rights and must not infringe those of any third party. You agree that the Company may use, reproduce, adapt and publicly release such content free of charge, within the reasonable scope of brand marketing, product information and service improvement. If such content infringes a third party's rights and causes loss to the Company, you shall be liable for damages.

Limitation of Liability

The functions of this Website are provided on an as-is basis. Except as required by law or agreed in these Terms, the Company gives no additional warranty as to the performance, speed, connection stability or uninterrupted availability of this Website.

We do not warrant that emails or content sent from this Website are entirely free of computer viruses or other harmful programs, nor that data transmission and storage will never fail. We are not liable for losses arising from failed, lost or corrupted transmission or storage of emails, files or data for reasons not attributable to the Company.

The above limitations do not affect the rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act and other mandatory provisions, and do not exclude the Company's liability for intent or gross negligence.

Suspension and Termination of Accounts

If you breach these Terms, infringe the rights of others, or pose a risk to transaction security, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services, and remove the relevant content.

Once an account is terminated, accumulated loyalty points, coupons and member benefits lapse. Orders that have been concluded and paid for will still be fulfilled, and transaction records that we are required by law to retain will be kept accordingly.

You may also request deletion of your member account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how to do so.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising between you and the Company out of a transaction, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

For any litigation arising from these Terms, the parties agree that the Fuchien Kinmen District Court shall be the court of first instance, save where the law provides otherwise by mandatory rule.
